Hi,

we have the posibility to set up a php.net mirror in Romania (currently 
there's only one). We have access to a Gbps connected network within 
Bucharest and enough resources to accomodate a php.net mirror.

If all is ok, please allow acces to the rsync server from 89.36.197.2 so 
we can start synchronizing.
