    Alex;

    I do see that br.php.net has been updated to 5.3.10 and that it
has pdo_sqlite installed and enabled, as required.  Are you also using
the americas.rsync.php.net address for synchronization?

    Aside from that, it seems the only thing missing (which I've
verified) is your mirror's ServerAlias entry: you need to add an entry
for br.php.net and br1.php.net.
