    Actually, for folks like you, Pal, or anyone who would like to do
something similar, I host idle.php.net, which is specifically for PHP
folks who use our normal IRC channels to be able to use screen+irssi,
and always have a dedicated connection to their favorite IRC server.
I would gladly create accounts for official mirror maintainers such as
yourself.
