Thanks Daniel :) Done for PHASE 4 Since most of news in php-mirrors are not related to our operation, so that I did not subscribe to the php-mirrors list . Maybe you can have a new list (e.g. php.mirror.announce or something else), it just has few of important announce to the mirror maintainers. I guess these announces are very little and mainainers is willing to subscribe it.
