PHP Pakistan Mirror

Hi,
We use PHP regularly and almost in all our projects. As a contribution in start, we would like to setup a PHP mirror (possible, pk.php.net) so that others in the nearest region can benefit. We see that currently there is no mirror from Pakistan.

We have ample bandwidth and redundant connectivity. Please let us know if this is possible so that I can start the rsync process.
