    Correct.  When a mirror is deactivated, its DNS is removed from
the php.net zone to avoid users visiting a broken site.  Your mirror
was failing to support external searches (usually due to a firewall
issue blocking outbound connections).

    However, when I accessed your site this morning via its hostname
(php.rediris.es), I found that it's not displaying php.net at all
anymore, but rather a company homepage.  This will need to be fixed,
as well, so that it passes the tests from our system.
