    The mirror you provide for the PHP Project (noted in the subject
of this email) has not been properly synchronized with our systems for
over 72 hours.  As a result, your mirror has been
manually-deactivated.

    Our users rely on having the most up-to-date information from the
official documentation and the site news, as well as latest releases
--- some of which contain critical stability- or security-related
changes.

    Mirrors that remain out-of-date for 96 hours beyond the time this
message is sent are subject to permanent removal from the official
mirrors program, and may be immediately replaced by a maintainer on
our official waiting lists.

    Please take the necessary action to synchronize your mirror
immediately to avoid being removed from the program.  If you are
unable or unwilling to perform an update, you may reply before the
96-hour deadline and we will be happy to assist to the best of our
abilities in getting the issue resolved, or to remove you - at your
request - prior to the deadline.
