    Greetings, all;

To finish up the distributed php.net rsync setup, we need one
additional server to serve as the Regional Rsync Node (RRN) for Asian
countries and Australia, which must be physically located in Asia.
While I'd prefer a fully-dedicated system, a VPS is acceptable if it
is powerful enough. Ideally, the setup will have a minimum of the
following:

        Dual-Core 2.0GHz CPU (Quad-Core 2.83GHz or better preferred)
4GB RAM (8GB or better preferred)
        100Mbps WAN Connection
Full root or sudo access for myself, to access in case of emergency

If you can provide such a setup, or something very comparable,
please let me know ASAP. Preference will be given to the first
eligible provider (ISP, web hosting company, web development firm,
open source project, recognized academic institutions, or individual
by name only) who can get this set up in two hours or less today.

Additionally, while all countries in Asia are welcome to apply,
for logistical purposes, my preference is in Singapore, Pakistan, or
Hong Kong. That said, whether the server is hosted in Japan,
Malaysia, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, India, or anywhere else on the
continent of Asia, you're welcome - and encouraged - to shoot me an
email.

Thanks, all. Looking forward to working with one of you in the
next few hours.
