The mirrors list was updated, and id2.php.net was deleted.

Reason:
Like other mirrors deleted today, this mirror never came into
compliance with Summer 2012 Overhaul.  In addition, no response from
maintainer, and all messages to the address bounce as undeliverable. 
This mirror was &#34;grandfathered-in&#34; with regard to sponsorship,
and is thus permanently expelled on 01-OCT-2012 without the
possibility of re-enrollment.
