Reason:
Mirror never came into compliance with Summer 2012 Overhaul, and no
response received from maintainer. Expelled 01-OCT-2012.

[October 13th] Extremely slow manual lookups\r\n==\r\nProblems appear
to have been resolved. Reactivating. ~danbrown\r\n==\r\nMirror
unreachable since 13-JUL-09. Deactivated, email sent to maintainer on
19-JUL-09. [danbrown]\r\n==\r\nNo response from maintainer, but mirror
is online again as of 22-JUL-09. However, mirror is not in-sync with
central. Remaining inactive, with update sent to maintainer via email
on 22-JUL-09. [danbrown]\r\n==\r\nMirror back in sync, follow-up
emails with maintainer between 26/27-JUL-09. Reactivated. [danbrown]
