Reason:
Mirror never came into compliance with Summer 2012 Overhaul, and no
response received from maintainer. Expelled 01-OCT-2012.

Re-added as an exception after being expelled. Maintainer was advised
that this will be a \'one-time-only\' exception. Re-admitted
15-DEC-2010. [danbrown]\r\n==\r\nSee bug#53552\r\n==\r\nReceived an
email from the maintainer that the mirror\'s server is to be
physically relocated to another NOC in Greece today, 03-JUN-2011.
