    The mirror you generously provide for the PHP community (shown in
the subject of this email) has been experiencing system configuration
issues which has kept it out of rotation for people in your region for
several days.  For this reason, it has been deactivated, pending your
resolution.  Any mirror which remains deactivated for seven or more
consecutive days, or consistently experiences issues, is subject to
permanent expulsion from the program.

    The specific issue your mirror is facing is:

        Apache manual (or other text) appears under /manual, causing a
noalias error.  Please remove this entry from your Apache
configuration (httpd.conf, apache2.conf, etc.) or otherwise override
it for your PHP mirror.

    Please evaluate and make the necessary repairs to your mirror, or
contact us immediately if you need assistance, or if you cannot
reproduce the issue yourself.  Failure to at least make contact with
us will result in permanent removal from the official mirrors program.
