    Right.  The round-robin enabling introduced a neat bug whereby all
CC.PHP.NET  (the round-robin CNAME for each country) causes the mirror
to be unrecognized by the mirror kit's mirrors table.  Thus, not only
does the logo and sponsorship info not show, but the mirror shows as
unofficial.

    I mentioned this bug yesterday when the general announcement came
out.  I hope to have a fix for it this afternoon (10 October, EDT).
If not, then indeed sometime by the end of the week.

https://bugs.php.net/ and email me directly with the bug ID so I can
track them all.
