New mirror in Russia

Hello!

I'd like to set up official mirror of php.net in Russia and going to rent
VPS for this purpose. But I've got some doubts about requirements to
server's power.

Now I'm thinking about configuration with 2x2 GHz CPU, 4 Gb RAM and 30 GB
HDD.

First of all I need advice about diskspace. The size of the full website is
sayed to be about 4,7 GB, but how fast does it grows up?

Another question is about speed of connection to internet. Is 100 Mbit/s
connection fast enough? Or 1 Gbit/s is required?
