Replacement request of mirror pa1.php.net

Hello fellows!

As the admin of the mirror pa1.php.net (Panama) I'm sorry to tell you that we've been experiencing some administrative issues with our upstream provider, to the point we would need to suspend our presence there, including the host currently used by PA1.PHP.NET, by the end of this week. I'm so sorry for the short notice... I was expecting to get things fixed but there was no luck.

In this scenario, I would like to propose two options:

1. We would love to provide a mirror (keeping the same sponsor) at either of the following locations:

France (listed on waiting list long time ago)
Spain (listed on waiting list long time ago)
Romania (probably listed on waiting list)
Russia (no other active mirror as of yet)
Poland
And/or** at an exotic place like the Isle of Man (closer to UK and somewhat useful now that you only have 2 mirrors there instead of 3)

2. We are actively looking for another upstream provider in Panama. I'm not sure if we will make it or not, plus there might be a couple of days of downtime. In that case please bear with us and we will maintain proper communication with you all, as usual. But we STRONGLY prefer either of the options quoted at point 1.


** I said "and/or" because we would love to provide yet another mirror at either of such locations. Sponsor would be http://www.interalta.com/
