Request for new mirror in Estonia

Hello,

I am Kadri Pusta, a part time PHP developer and an university student
at Tallinn University of Technology. I own a dedicated server that has
20 Mbits/sec of bandwidth and I believe I have sufficient space in my
server.

I would like to create a mirror of PHP to serve the Baltic countries.

My server is located at Tallinn, Estonia.

Please tell me if anything else is required. Waiting for your reply.
