Application for a new mirror in China

Hello,

I'm from University of Science and Technology of China and our php.net
mirror request has been approved by Daniel Brown on 10/2/2013. But
when I set up the mirror and replied to the official list, no one was
replying me. Please forgive me if I have did anything wrong or
offending.

Now the position of CN1.PHP.NET seems still opening. Could I apply for
official PHP mirror in China once again? Thanks.
