Hello,

I would like to setup a mirror inside if Iran for Iranian and middle east
users, however its already mentioned that you just accept mirrors from
countries with less than 2 active mirrors, but ir1.php.net is currently
offline

I think its a very long time that itsout of service and should be removed

Please take a look and let me know how to proceed

PS: we have a very big network capacity insidfe of Iran and are able to
publish a powerful mirror
