Happy to tell that pl1.php.net is fully operational again :) The problem was pdo_sqlite and sqlite3 extensions of PHP which caused segmentation fault when the site tried to open sqlite db file for search (include/manual-lookup.inc; line 95). Fix: reorder php/extensions.ini; pdo_sqlite.so and sqlite.so where moved before snmp.so. After this reorder and restarting Apache the problem went away. System spec: FreeBSD 9.2; Apache 2.2.27; PHP 5.4.28 (fresh new upgrade ;) From the apache error log we also know that the problem started 29 of April, don’t remember if there was any upgrade on the machine, sorry :( But the fresh reinstall of PHP from 5.4.27 to 5.4.28 don’t solved the problem anyway.
