    Both BR1 and BR2 are down at present due to the same error.  See here:

    I've asked before, but I have to ask again --- are these on the
same physical machine?  Because any time anything happens, they're
both affected.  Sure, they have different hostnames, but they even
route through the same switch (201.77.242.70), so it seems as though
they're VMs.
