    Welcome to the Official PHP Mirrors Team!

    Your application to become an official mirror for the PHP Project in
your region has now been approved, and your mirror has been added to our
systems.  After an initial series of tests to verify that your system is
set up to correctly mirror the php.net website and at least the basic core
files, it will appear in official rotation.  While this process can be as
quick as 90 minutes or less, it may take up to 24 hours.  Please do not
contact us to check on the status or ask us to expedite the process for you
during this time.

    When your mirror has passed all of the automatic tests that our systems
perform, it will appear on the official roster at http://php.net/mirrors.
 If you still do not see your mirror listed 24 hours after this message was
sent, you may contact us at [email protected].

    Your mirror will be checked several times each day for the duration of
your involvement in the PHP Project.  If errors are detected, such as the
system being unreachable, out of sync, or displaying unexpected
information, it will be automatically disabled.  After more than seven days
of issues, the mirror may then be manually disabled, requiring intervention
by a member of the Network Infrastructure Team.  Any issues that remain
unresolved after a 30-day period will make the mirror eligible for deletion
from our systems.  Please note that some regions have "waiting lists" for
those desiring to donate their services to the PHP Project, so while you
may re-apply after your mirror is deleted, your application may be denied
due to lack of vacancy.  In addition, your application may be denied due to
your history with the PHP Project, or at the discretion of the Network
Infrastructure Team.

    If you have not yet done so, please subscribe to the Official PHP
Mirrors mailing list operated on [email protected] (subscribe:
[email protected]).  This mailing list is extremly low
traffic and is only used for communication between mirror maintainers and
the php.net webmasters.  You will also receive a weekly summary every
Sunday via this list, which shows the status of all of the official mirrors.
