The mirror you generously provide for the PHP Project (shown in
the subject of this email) has been experiencing system configuration
issues which has been seriously impeding - or completely blocking -
its usability for people in your region for several days. For this
reason, it has been deactivated and is pending expulsion from our
program if it is not repaired within 24 hours.
When visiting the page http://php.ca/mirroring, it displays a
blank page. Checking via telnet shows that the error handler should
be redirecting requests to /mirroring.php, as expected, but nothing
appears to happen in the browser for the end-users.
Please evaluate and make the necessary repairs to your mirror, or
contact us immediately if you need assistance, or if you cannot
reproduce the issue yourself. Failure to at least make contact with
us will result in permanent removal from the official mirrors program.
