Thank you for your generous offer to provide service as an
official mirror for the PHP Project!

At this time, we're already at the quota for mirrors in your
country as set forth in policy by the PHP Network Infrastructure Team.
However, we have been compiling a list of folks such as yourself who
are interested in donating server resources and bandwidth to provide a
regional mirror, and would like to add your name to this list for your
country.

If you would like to be included on this list, please fill out the form at:

        http://php.parasane.net/mirrors/waitinglist.php

Then, when one of the existing official mirrors is no longer able
to provide services, we will contact those from the waiting list in
order, and work with them to set up an official mirror for the PHP
Project.

Thank you again for your offer, and I hope to be able to add your
name to the list!
