Same here for the mirrors we provide, got "mirror deactivated" mails, with
"last error" information ancient (years old). The mirrors appear to be
active upon my own testing.

Somebody is working on the checking infrastructure, or so it seems, I'm
confident things will settle in a short while, and until then, I'll just
ignore the misleading info mails.
