Re: dk2.php.net Disabled

Got these messages early today for ie1 and de2, too. We run our rsync every
ten minutes, and I have no indications in our own monitoring that the
mirrors had any issue. So, I assume some hickup on the upstream end (europe
rsync source maybe). Things fixed themselves.
