It looks like the get request timedout after 15seconds.
If you are getting these frequently it could indicate the server
cannot handle the incoming traffic?

If you log the user agent of incoming requests you can look for the
requests coming from "PHP.net Mirror Site check" and see if other
requests were timing out at similar time.
