Just a member of the list here not admin.

But do read:
http://php.net/mirroring.php

it specifically states that you have to answer requests for the hostname you have provided
Before adding new official mirrors to our DNS, we require the maintainers to set up the mirrors with an address we can use as a CNAME in the DNS. This subdomain (the.cname.you.set.up.example.com in the above example) will be checked by mirror admins before the mirror is added. Therefore it is important that the mirror is capable of serving requests for this name and the (www.)cc(x).php.net address provided by the mirror administrators.

So you need to set up ServerAlias not only ServerName.
Also for the new GeoDNS to work you have to setup ServerAlias for www.php.net as well.

Subject: Re: hk1.php.net Disabled

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your mail.
After checking, we would like to clarify that the hostname - "mirror.nethub.com.hk" is just a server hostname for you to point the mirror site to our server by using a CNAME record in your DNS.
And this hostname (mirror.nethub.com.hk) is not an alias website of hk1.php.net , please kindly note it.
So, it is normal that you got the 404 error when using your test URL (http://mirror.nethub.com.hk//manual/noalias.txt).

If you need to check our mirror server status, please kindly use the http://hk1.php.net for checking and the file '/manual/noalias.txt' can be accessed with the URL (http://hk1.php.net/manual/noalias.txt).

In this case, would you please help to resume the mirror? Thank you.

If there is anything we have misunderstood or we need to follow, please kindly inform us again, thank you.

We are looking forward for your reply.

Joe
