Re: md1.php.net Disabled

Note the timestamps.
This is in the last 24hours, not right-now.

It means that one (out of I think 6 or 7) of the requests we made to your
mirror did not get any reply from the server within 15seconds.
Then 4 hours later, similar situation -- no answer within 15seconds.
