Re: be2.php.net Disabled

I think we've all been getting this message even though our mirrors are working fine.

Might have to do that the checks are more stricter due to geodns.

I would suggest we do checks every 30sec but only disable/send out warnings if it failed from 3 different locations (e.g. earliest after 1:30 min).
