ie1.php.net has issues...

Hi,

since yesterday about 20:00 CET our ie1.php.net mirror experiences 
performance issues, probably hardware related. We are working on 
getting that fixed, but meanwhile it's probably best to disable the geodns 
stuff pointing there for some time.

I'll write again when the issues are resolved.
