We host the Danish mirror. I’m not immediately able to see the performance issues you mention. I have checked from a 3G and 4G connection and the page loads fast. Furthermore I have tested from fibre connections from Copenhagen, Aarhus and Odense and they all have the site load very fast and have a steady latency to the server between 1 and 6 ms. All tests have been made by third party Internet providers. We monitor the server every minute for availability and resources and have not received any alerts, and the server has plenty available resources and bandwidth at present time.

I have someone looking into the issue more in depth. Feel free to send any information that can assist in investigating the issue directly to me.
