si.php.net mirror still not working

Hello! Few weeks ago I wrote about europe rsync server not working. It's been solved now and I can see on status.php.net that "Synchrony" is sill at "Last updated 01-Dec-2015" although when I click on it, it states that it was updated on 9th of March, 2016 which is correct. Why is the si.php.net mirror still not active and official? Kind regards, Dejan Markic
