Europe.rsync.php.net is updated once every 5 minutes from rsync.php.net. The data is also used for nl1.php.net.

Hi!

Switched back to europe.rsync.php.net. This begs question - when are php.net updates rolled out to rsync mirrors? May be I could alter my schedule to sync outside mirror update time window?
