update to au1.php.net

Hi mirror admins,

Received a noticed yesterday saying au1.php.net was out of sync, that has now been fixed but it looks like the test URL wasn't fixed up when we changed hostnames a while back.


Test URL: http://php.mirror.uber.com.au/mirror-info

Should be:

Test URL: http://php.uberglobalmirror.com/mirror-info

In addition, you may as well swap au1.php.net so it is a CNAME directly to php.uberglobalmirror.com
