Hi all,
In short, this was caused by OPcache

Yesterday, I've increased the maximum number of files to be cached and
maximum memory available to OPcache.
Test URL: http://php.dev.md/mirror-info was showing the last update time
and was one min before the change I made.
The timestamp changed after I reset the cache.

Does anyone have experience with OPcache and can recommend optimal settings
for a PHP mirror?

I've started by enabeling the validation, which was by default disabled
opcache.validate_timestamps=1

Thanks
