We would be interested in hosting a PHP mirror in Portugal.

We've already set up the mirror and everything seems to be running ok,
on our own cname:

http://php-mirror.up.pt/


The portuguese country hostname (pt.php.net) doesn't seem to be active,
so we would like to apply to host it.
