Don't sweat it. Just set up some scheduled mail message semi weekly.
Someone will notice eventually :)

But with all due respect to maintainers, I'd like to ask a question
nevertheless. Is there anything we as a community could do to make this
mirror management thing work a little bit more swiftly? There seems to be a
bottleneck we could surely get rid of somehow.
