Hi Philip,

Thank you for your reply. A quick look shows that most of the css within
our mirror itself loads from the us1.php.net domain which does not resolve.
If I add '209.126.17.76 us1.php.net' to my local hosts file, our mirror
site loads as it should for me locally.

Could you re-create the dns entry for us1.php.net to verify before adding
us back into the official mirror page?
