Hi Philip,

I spent some time looking into the documentation link issues last night,
but was not able to find anything unusual. Last night the mirror sync'd via
cron and as of this morning, all of the documentation links are now working
correctly. So I am not sure if DNS somehow played into the issue that had
been seen, but everything does now look to be good.

I would also like to volunteer to help with maintaining the PHP mirrors if
assistance is needed. I have a team of system engineers that would also be
available to help with any system administration items that we could help
with. Would just need to know who to talk to to begin the discussion.
