I am one of the maintainer of ftp.harukasan.org.

We started to mirror the PHP.net web page.
We want to be an official mirror.

Currently following address is set and working: http://php.net.ftp.harukasan.org

I want to get a permanent name (ccx.php.net) for our server.
Our server is located in South Korea.
