Mirror offer for Finland

Hi,

We have a mirroring system located in Helsinki, Finland that has been 
serving mirors for open source projects for some years (e.g. ClamAV, 
Netfilter, Squid, Postfix, Apache and several others). I noticed that 
PHP only has one mirror in Finland and would like to offer the use of 
our system.

Website and ftp archive are already served for internal purposes; if you 
need another public mirror I would decrease the replication interval 
according to your mirring howto and reconfigure the virtual host for use 
with a hostname provided by you.
