Hi,

we would like to sponsor a mirror located in Austria, I noticed that
at1.php.net seams to be offline and is not listed on mirrors.php, also
the sponsor domain is for sale. status.php.net says the mirror is out of
sync since feb. 2018. So I think it will not come back.

The waiting list at http://php.parasane.net/mirrors/waitinglist.php
doesn't load, so I can't check if there is already one waiting.

Short introduction about us, we are a small Webdeveloper company with
own Serverhousing and have local php mirror more then 10 years.
