About the mysql_close, I have a series of session functions. I put this as the function to be handled to close a current session, since the session is tied to MySQL database. I use it in the session_set_save_handler() only during a session when someone is logged in and data needs to be transferred, not for normal database use such as searches and stuff. Is that all right server wise or could that cause some overhead?
