Most likely you do not want to be using this driver!
It should be noted that the more supported SQL Server Driver is maintained by Microsoft. I spent an entire day trying to track down php_mssql.dll before I realized I really needed the new php_sqlsrv.dll from http://sqlsrvphp.codeplex.com/
Download and install the php_sqlsrv.dll extension then go to MSDN for http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc296152.aspx [ SQLSRV API Reference (SQL Server Driver for PHP) ].
You will have to change your code to use sqlsrv_query() instead of mssql_query(), etc.
