It appears that using the latest PHP 5.3.5 Non Thread-Safe MSI installer does not work properly under Windows Server 2008 R2 with IIS 7.5.
After installation, it appears that the php-cgi.exe file is not present in the installation directory.
The .zip bundle has the php-cgi.exe file, which must be mapped in IIS using the handler mappings in order to configure FastCGI for processing requests.
Anyone else experiencing this behavior with the MSI?
