note 102674 added to function.file-put-contents

To add to the post about PHP4 emulation of file_put_contents function below:

It is important to place that code BEFORE the function file_put_contents is called in your script, since otherwise it doesn't work. If condition hasn't been checked, your function is not read by PHP yet.
