[PHP-NOTES] note 130505 added to tutorial.forms

I have a page which uses a form to input user values. After submit it has the variable values, which I want to use after a second submit (not same id) button is displayed and selected on the same page. But that second button clears the values in the php variables, which took me hours to figure out. Now investigating sessions to fix this.
