I added some more topics of concern to the wiki like the previously discussed issues of features that are only relevant to one or few drivers or that cannot be unified. I have also added a note about different error handling issues. Finally I also added the recently noted differences in handling of using the same placeholder name multiple times as well as issues with the simplistic prepared statement parser/rewriter.

I guess we already have a fair bit of stuff on that page, but I think we probably need to brainstorm a bit longer before we are ready to move on the next steps (like working through all the notes and making a more coherent document out of the notes and then pondering about future development).
