The language file authors themselves have to provide the code; we do not
know enough about all the languages.

Description:

When trying to convert to most of the languages listed by
getLocales I get a Pear Error. For example:
$converter = new Numbers_Words();
echo $converter->toCurrency('100', 'de');
It seems to be that most of the language classes do not have
the toCurrencyWords function implemented.
The only languages that seemed to be implemented correctly
are en_GB,en_US,es_AR,es_MX,he,hu_HU,pl,pt_BR,ru,tr_TR.
Expected result:

It should not throw a pear error
Actual result:

Pear Error "Unable to find toCurrencyWords method in xxxxx
class"
