I found the problem. Effectively it works from the command line, however
I was running the command inside Eclipse and for some unknown reason it
does not work as the command line.

This is working fine for me in testing.
Maybe the differences you are seeing are due to conflicting settings
between the
standards. For example, the PEAR standard uses an 85 char line limit but
the PSR2
standard uses a 120 line limit. The value used will depend on which
standard you
list last as this will be the last setting applied.
If that doesn't look like the issue, can you please provide some sample
code I can
use to replicate the problem?
